Common questions

How do I invite another caregiver?

Open Settings in the app and look for the Invite section. Share the invite code with anyone who should have access to your household. The code rotates once they join for security.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. If you're the only member of your household, all entries are permanently removed. If other caregivers are in your household, your account is removed but the shared data remains with them.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Privacy & your data → Export. You'll receive a CSV file with every logged entry for the selected baby.

I signed in with Apple and can't find my account.

Make sure you're using the same Apple ID you used when you first signed in. Apple may provide a private relay email address — that's expected. If you're locked out, email support@mymoppet.com and we'll help you recover access.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Settings → Subscription → Manage in the App Store inside moppet. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the current period ends.

What happens to my data if my subscription ends?

Nothing is ever deleted because a subscription ended. Your household keeps full read access to everything already logged, plus CSV export and account deletion — only creating new entries pauses until you resubscribe.

How do I get a refund?

Because Apple handles billing, refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's policies. If you're stuck, email us and we'll point you the right way.
